Regen Atelier is a trading name operated as an unregistered sole proprietorship based in Thane, Maharashtra, India. Regen Atelier is not currently registered for GST. You can contact us through our contact page or at hello@regenatelier.com.
Our courses are self-paced online courses delivered through our learning platform at learn.regenatelier.com, which is hosted by LearnWorlds. Each course page describes what is included, such as video lessons, worked examples and downloadable templates. Lessons are presented by Luca, an AI presenter.
Prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable. Payment is processed by our payment providers, such as PayPal or Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Introductory or founding prices may change for future buyers, but the price you paid will not change.
When your payment is confirmed you get access to the course straight away. You keep access for as long as we offer the course, and for at least 12 months from purchase. We revise courses as rules change; updates during your access period are included at no extra cost.
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the course and its templates for your own learning and in your own professional work, including client work. You may not share your login, resell or republish the course materials, or upload them to other platforms. Team licences are available on request through our contact page.
Refunds are handled under our refund policy.
Our courses explain laws, standards and good practice for educational purposes. They are not legal, tax, accounting, audit or investment advice. Rules change; check the official sources we link to, and take professional advice for your specific situation.
We take care to keep our content accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy applies to that purchase. We may retire a course with reasonable notice; if we do so within 12 months of your purchase, we will offer you a replacement course or a pro-rata refund.
If something goes wrong, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it within 15 working days. Grievance Officer: hello@regenatelier.com. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Thane, Maharashtra, India have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country.
