  • Account and learning data when you sign up on our learning platform: name, email, course progress and quiz results.
  • Purchase data: what you bought, when, the price and tax paid, and your billing country. Card and bank details are handled by our payment providers; we do not see or store them.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and pages visited, collected by our hosting providers for security and to keep the site working.

Why we use it

  • To give you access to the courses you buy and to support you (to perform our contract with you).
  • To reply to your messages and, if you ask, to send the Brief (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
  • To keep tax and accounting records (legal obligation).
  • To keep the site secure and improve our courses (our legitimate interests).

We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers who process data for us: Webflow (website hosting and forms), LearnWorlds (learning platform), PayPal and Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (domain and security) and our email provider. Some of them process data outside India, including in the United States and the EU, under their own data protection safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep account and purchase data for as long as you have an account and then as long as tax law requires, usually up to 8 years. Contact form messages are kept for up to 2 years.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the EU and UK GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object to some uses. Contact us to make a request. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
